By spring transfer system, ATS canbe totally and correctly transferred. There will be NO unattached placement in almost any situation.The bypass change is put in in parallel with the leading ATS. When ATS inspection is necessary, electric power is supplied, and the key ATS is withdrawn throughout the bypass change making sure that ability is consis
